Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Famewala (a product of Famewala Online Private Limited), we strive to provide the best experience for our creators. Please read our policy regarding subscriptions and digital rewards carefully.
By purchasing a "Fame Star" subscription or participating in our rewards program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Refunds
Our Fame Star membership unlocks instant digital features like personalized branding, unlimited uploads, and access to the Fame Rank rewards program.
- No Refunds: Since our services are digital and provide immediate access to premium features, Famewala Online Private Limited does not offer refunds for any subscription payments once the transaction is successful.
- Trial Period: We do not offer a trial period for the Fame Star subscription. We recommend users explore the free "Fame Fan" tier before upgrading.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time.
- Process: You can cancel your subscription through the App settings or your respective App Store/Google Play Store subscription management console.
- Access: Upon cancellation, your "Fame Star" benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your account will revert to the "Fame Fan" (Free) tier.
3. Fame Coins and Milestone Rewards
Fame Coins are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Famewala ecosystem until converted through the official withdrawal process.
- Reversal: If a user’s account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms (e.g., fake followers or bot usage), all earned Fame Coins and pending Rank rewards will be permanently forfeited and are non-refundable.
- Transaction Errors: In case of a technical glitch during Fame Coin conversion or Bank Transfer, please contact support within 48 hours for a manual audit.
4. Accidental Double Payments
In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge for the same subscription period:
- Users must provide proof of double payment (Bank Statement/Transaction ID) to support@famewala.com.
- After verification, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
5. Taxes and Fees
As mentioned in our Terms of Use, the 18% GST collected during subscription is non-refundable as it is paid to the Government. Similarly, the 10% Handling Charge on Bank Transfers is a service fee for processing and is non-refundable.
