1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Famewala. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Famewala mobile application and website, owned and operated by Famewala Online Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"). By creating an account, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. User Tiers & Benefits

Famewala Online Private Limited defines two distinct user roles with specific access rights and benefits as outlined below:

* Note: Following others is limited for Fame Stars to prevent spam, but there is No Limit on how many followers a Fame Star can receive.

• GST & Taxes: All subscription fees are subject to 18% GST (CGST/SGST for intra-state and IGST for inter-state transactions). The displayed price inclusive of tax as mentioned at the checkout.

4. Fame Coin Ecosystem

Fame Coins are virtual rewards used within the app and do not constitute legal tender.

• Earnings: Coins are awarded for authentic engagement and reaching milestones.
• Redemption: Coins can be converted to the 'Coin Wallet' for withdrawal, subject to the conversion rates and KYC policies of the Company. Please note that a withdrawal request can only be placed if your Fame Coins Balance exceeds 5,000.
• TDS & Handling Fees: As per Indian Income Tax laws (Section 194BA), a 30% TDS will be deducted from Fame Coin. Additionally, a 10% Handling Charge will be applicable on each withdrawal. Both deductions will apply only at the time of converting and transferring Fame Coins into your Bank Account.
• Forfeiture: Accounts found engaging in spam or bot activity will have their Fame Coins permanently frozen.

5. Referral Rewards

Users can earn 50 Fame Coins for every successful referral.

• A referral is "Successful" only after the new user completes OTP verification and profile setup.
• Self-referral or the use of multiple devices to manipulate this system is a violation and will lead to an immediate ban.

6. Fame Rank Rewards (11-Step Success Ladder)

Our unique 11-step Brand Ambassador program rewards creators as they grow their following:

As a Fame Star, you climb the prestigious Fame Rank ladder based on your organic follower growth. Each step unlocks massive Fame Coin rewards.

7. Intellectual Property & Branding Rights

By uploading content, you grant Famewala Online Private Limited a royalty-free license to host and distribute your media. You also grant Paid Users the right to download your content with their personalized branding overlay as per the app's core feature.

8. Limitation of Liability & Termination

The Company shall not be liable for any data loss or technical interruptions. We reserve the right to terminate any account without notice for violating these terms.
